懂我的人不需要我解释 ,不懂我的人我不需要解释。

My Year 3 Sem 2 results were released three days ago. This set of results determines on whether I would graduate or proceed to do honours.

I have graduated, officially ending my status as a full-time student. Let's just say it was earlier than what I have foreseen.

The past 3 years as a NUS undergrad flew by quickly. A journey of ups and downs in regards to academic studies. I left NUS with numerous regrets. These are ranked not in order of importance:

1) did not stay in halls
2) did not go for SEP
3) did not join more activities to know more people
4) did not manage to have an undergrad girlfriend (I did actually, though she is not from NUS and we were unable to sustain our relationship)
5) did not have the chance to write honours thesis

As can be seen, my undergrad life was unfulfiling and uneventful. Precisely due to the fact that my life revolved around studies and tuitions. Monetary concerns weigh in too when I was deliberating on joining some of the above mentioned activities. Perhaps in future, my children will be able to fulfil their daddy's regrets.

I would be lying if I say I am not disappointed at all. In fact, I am unprepared to graduate. However, reality is harsh and one has to be flexible enough to adapt to changes. There are many obstacles and hurdles in life for me to overcome. Armed with a university degree, I am moving on to the next stage of my life, which is to find a job and work hard to continue in pursuing my twin goals in life ----- happiness and success.

Life is a marathon, not a sprint.

Wish me luck in my future endeavours.
