Completed the short 8 days assignment and another 3 days roadshow with the same telco few weeks ago. Met up with several agents, both old and new. In the midst of all these, I had accepted another new student. Thus, I am now further incapacitated for temp jobs by my 3 tuitions and had to reject several of them because they cannot accomodate my schedule. Kind of disappointed as I dislike doing nothing but yet there was no 5 day week job. Anyway, at this point of time is hard to find those admin jobs because companies would prefer SIM undergrads. Not least because some may have the necessary working experience, but more of the reason because they are able to commit longer since their holidays end later.

So what have I been up to these days? Nothing interesting I would say. Besides preparing tuition materials for lessons with my 3 boys, I spent time cleaning up my room. Been exercising a lot too. I used to run at least twice a week, but recently has increased to three or four times a week. Doing pullups are a must of course. I think I am kind of obsessed with doing pull ups. Never failed to look out for fitness corners with pull up bars near my boys' homes so my usual routine would be to do a set of 8 before I go up and another set after I finish tuition. These are all on top of my running regime that also includes pullups after a long run as well.

If there is something out of the blue, that would be the incident of straining my neck again two weeks ago. It was incurred when I was doing pullups and the moment I felt a tweak by the neck, I knew this was yet another nightmare. Second time at the exact same location again. It was very painful and a visit to the Chinese physician was akin to a visit to hell. Seriously no kidding. I think those who have experienced it before would know the kind of agony that one had to go through under the hands of the physician who 'arranged' the bones back to position again. Nonetheless, all these did not deter me from doing my pullups. Just that now I avoid precipitous acts and take more necessary precautions.

Starting work tomorrow with an organisation. 4 years ago, I did two roadshows with them. Now 4 years later, I am working for them again. Hopefully, the experience will still be enjoyable!
